45, heart pounding minutes of full-body High Intensity Interval Training followed by core and a cool down. All fitness levels are welcome.

Specifically designed for those 55 and older, this class focuses on maintain safe fitness activities as we age: proper form, increasing strength, flexibility, range of motion, balance, mobility, gait, and more! Seated and standing variations for every workout

Dynamic Variable Resistance Training

Full body functional training utilizing a combination of suspension training and variable resistance. All fitness levels are welcome.

bootcamp

Team oriented circuit training that mixes traditional plyometric and body weight exercises with interval, strength and resistance training.

Functional fitness

40 minute class focused on functional mobility and strength training. Formats to include weight lifting, agility drills, plyometrics, active recovery, foam rolling, mobility, and cardio endurance. All fitness levels are welcome. 

Equipment is optional (kettlebells, medicine balls, battle ropes, bands, plates, olymic bars, dumbbells)

Take the plunge and try this low-impact workout that builds muscle strength and boosts your endurance.

Each water aerobics class includes a warm-up, cardio and strength-training exercises, and a cooldown. Expect exercises like water walking, bicep curls, leg lifts, and kickboard moves. You won't be swimming; most workouts are done in the shallow end of the pool.

Tabata + core

20 second bouts of all out effort, followed by a brief 10 second pause, each Tabata lasts only 4 minutes... The question is can you handle 6 rounds? All fitness levels are welcome.

Cardio Kickbox

40 minute class focused on cardiovascular endurance and functional strength. All fitness levels are welcome.

An explosive full body workout. This 30 minute, heart pumping class incorporates agility, speed, and body weight strength movements to torch calories and increase your athletic abilities.

TRX

TRX is short for total body resistance exercise and uses suspension training for a complete, full body workout. Suspension training works by challenging your body in conditions of instability. This forces you to constantly engage your core to perform each exercise. It also helps improve your balance and overall strength.

Yoga

A dynamic and flowing style of hatha yoga which links breath and movement through a creative series of postures that balance strength and flexibility while cultivating mindfulness through a continuous flow.

Equipment is optional (mats, blocks, straps)

R3: Ride, ropes + row

Get a phenomenal workout with training segments that include indoor cycling, battle ropes, and rowing. A circuit style format that will focus on cardio, lower-body strength, upper-body strength, balance and core. All fitness levels welcomed!

Equipment is provided: Battle Ropes, TRX, Rowers, Spin Bike
