When does it start and end?

How long do I have access?

what FORMAT is the material in?
Video tutorials and audio training tips are hosted via GoogleDocs. There are also printable PDF checklists and workbooks to follow along with.
Do i need an exercise science background to do this?
You do not need a specialized degree to complete this training. Terms and formulas are presented in easy to follow steps and we’re always a click away if you have any additional questions.
what kind of programming does this cover?
You can use this course to create any fitness programming you’d like, Most of our clients use it for general fitness, strength and conditioning, or military performance based programming

Some of this information is available elsewhere on the internet! Here we compile it all for you in the order it’s helpful - insider’s tips, time-saving tips to know about before you encounter a problem, and ways to work around any unique limitations.
The process + tips in the training have been compiled over years of professionally designing fitness programs—so they’ll save you a bit of time (and maybe headache!) running into problems and searching for solutions to them.
How long does it take to complete?
The entire training will take about 5 hours to complete. But, it’s designed for you to come and go as you’d like - and jump right back in where you left off.
Most people find it takes about 1-2 days to completely build and initiate their programming.
what is your refund policy?
Due to the digital nature of this product, refunds are not accepted under any circumstances.
