The Commitment

Each Challenger is required to attend a minimum of 2, 30-minute virtual or in-person Personal Training sessions and 1 Nutrition Counseling and Meal Plan per week. Each workout and counseling will be tailored to your specific goals and limitations and progressed in a safe, structured manner. Sessions will be logged and are yours to take home for future use. Sessions may be done in person or via video conference online. Circumference measurements will be taken at week 1, 4, and 8 to ensure accountability.


The Cost

Each Challenger must commit to the $55/week cost for training for the 8-week period. Payment will be due every Friday or your registration will be forfeited. Payments can be made online.


The Grand prize

The Challenger who loses the most OVERALL INCHES will win a Grand Prize of 1 ADVANCED TRAINING PACKAGE!! Prizes will also be awarded to Second and Third place.

Terms & Conditions

 

1. CLIENT COMMITMENT: By participating in the 12-week challenge (“Challenge”), client is making a commitment to his/her health.  Client should follow the program and instructions of Samantha Szydzik or Stronger Fitness staff (“Trainer”), to the best of his/her ability to maximize results and better achieve his/her goals.  Remember, ultimate results are up to the client.  Trainer will show client how to work his/her muscles correctly and with good form, and encourage him/her to go to his/her safe limit and fitness level, but it is client’s responsibility to: work out consistently, eat properly, get plenty of sleep, and live a healthy lifestyle.  Trainer will offer direction and guidance in these areas as well.

2. SESSION SPECIFICS:  Trainer and client will meet for a minimum of 2, 30-minute virtual/in-person personal training and 1, fitness nutrition session each week. Both parties must agree upon the time, content and location of sessions no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled session.

3. LENGTH OF TRAINING SESSIONS:  Sessions will be for one half (1/2) hour. Trainer may opt to vary the length of sessions at his/her discretion.

4. EXPIRATION OF TRAINING SESSIONS: All sessions purchased for the Challenge will expire at the end of the 12-week period (December 6th, 2024). This includes single session personal training purchases, nutrition counseling or meal planning services.

5. PUNCTUALITY:   Showing up late or failing to be prepared to train will result in a shortened workout, possible cancellation, and forfeiture of the training session. If the client anticipates running late, he/she should contact Trainer as soon as possible.

            5a. NO SHOW POLICY: If a client fails to show for a scheduled session and has not canceled and rescheduled at least 12 hours prior to the session start time (see section 8 for more details), the client will be charged for their scheduled session. Arriving more than 30 minutes late for a scheduled one-hour session or 15 minutes late to a scheduled 30-minute session the session will be considered a No-Show. A credit card will be required to be kept on file. No-Show appointments will not be refunded for any reason.

6. STOPPING EXERCISES:  Client may refuse or stop any exercise for any reason.  It is client’s responsibility to notify trainer of any discomfort or pain arising from or during exercise, as well as any and all other known limitations client has or experiences, so that Trainer may accommodate client and substitute another exercise to work that particular muscle group.

7. PAYMENT:   Client acknowledges and agrees that the $55 payment must be made by close of business each Friday for the duration of the Challenge.  Sessions may be purchased in advance. All sessions must be purchased online at www.strongerfitness1111.com or with Trainer at the facility. If client fails to make their payment, they forfeit their registration and any claims to the Grand Prize Winnings.

8. CANCELLATION POLICY OF INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS:   Client is asked to call, text or email trainer a minimum of 12 hours in advance of the scheduled session in order to avoid being charged for the session. Clients who do not cancel with 12 hours’ notice will be charged for the sessions. However, Stronger Fitness and Trainers understand that emergencies happen, therefore, every client receives one free short-notice cancellation.  You will not be charged for your first cancellation with less than 12 hours’ notice.  The free short-notice cancellation only applies if client notifies trainer prior to the session start time. Failure to contact trainer will result in a No-Show and will not be refunded. A second missed appointment will result in forfeiture of registrational and any claims to the Grand Prize Winnings.  If trainer must cancel a session, he/she will make every effort to find a substitute. If in case they can not, they will contact the client by phone, text, or email, with at least 12 hours’ notice or client will receive a complimentary session.  This complimentary session must be used within 30 days of the date of the cancelled session.  

9. CANCELLATION OF SERVICES/REFUND POLICY: Client may cancel their registration within 48 hours after purchase for any reason. A refund via cashiers check of any money paid for services not yet received will be mailed to the address on file. Notice of cancellation must be made in writing and delivered to Trainer via email at fitforlife1111@gmail.com. All services are non-refundable if notice of cancellation is delivered anytime after 48 hours following the date of purchase.
