I created Muscles & Munchkins to be able to teach parents how to create safe, fun and effective fitness routines the whole family can enjoy and how to establish healthy habits in their own homes.
Owner of Stronger Fitness, certified strength and conditioning coach, personal trainer and fitness nutrition specialist.
I help our active duty military clients and their families build effective fitness programming and reach their goals no matter where the job takes them.
As a Momma of two beautiful kiddos, I understand the struggle of setting time aside for yourself and your fitness amidst the hustle and bustle of school activities, dance class, homework and housework. I discovered long ago that if I include my kiddos in my fitness routines, we all win. They get to play pretend and Momma gets a kick-butt workout in. Sure there’s times when everyone is screaming or dinner is overflowing on the stove, but that just part of life with little ones. This 3-week program allows for those day-to-day interruptions and easily transitions back on target when you’re ready.

When does it start and end?
You will have immediate access to the course upon enrollment. Muscles & Munchkins is a 3-week course to complete at your own pace.
How long do I have access?
You will have access to all the course materials and the community forum for 3 months from the date of purchase. Feel free to revisit each lesson as you reach and surpass your fitness goals to revamp your programming with your new goals in mind.
what FORMAT is the material in?
Video tutorials and audio training tips are hosted via GoogleDocs. There are also printable PDF checklists and workbooks to follow along with.
what age GROUP is this training for?
There are workouts designed for children ages 3 and up (3-5, 7-11, 12+). Younger children can participate as “weights” for mom and dad to use.
Can’t I just find this information on the internet?
Some of this information is available elsewhere on the internet! Here we compile it all for you in the order it’s helpful - insider’s tips, time-saving tips to know about before you encounter a problem, and ways to work around any unique limitations.
The process + tips in the training have been compiled over years of professionally designing fitness programs—so they’ll save you a bit of time (and maybe headache!) running into problems and searching for solutions to them.
How long does it take to complete?
The daily workouts will take about 30-45 minutes to complete. But, it’s designed for you to come and go as you’d like - and jump right back in where you left off.
what is your refund policy?
Due to the digital nature of this product, refunds are not accepted under any circumstances.
what fitness goal is this for?
Any and all! The strategies in this course have been successfully used to reach goals for weight loss, toning, cardiovascular health, strength, and more!
Do i need any special equipment ot technology?
To complete the training, you’ll need a computer and internet access.
The workouts require minimal equipment (a resistance band, a set of dumbbells, a kettlebell, and a yoga mat) but there are modifications shown for each exercise with only body weight needed.
