Power

training method designed specifically to increase the ability to overcome resistance in the shortest period of time leading to the ability to produce higher velocities against a given load.

strength & power

maximize your raw strength and explosive power. Training may involve the combining of different training methods such as weight training, plyometrics, agility drills, and ballistic exercises.

 
 

Choose from either a 6 or 12 week progressive program designed by Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach, Sami Szydzik. Recent (less than 4 weeks) 1RM values are required for program design. If you are unsure of your 1RM’s, please schedule a single 60 minute training session to complete the testing with one of our training staff.
