Stability and Mobility Training

Ankle joints connect to the knee joints. Knee joints connect to the hip joints….If a single joint does not work properly, the joints above and below it can be affected. Establishing proper stability and mobility in the body is the cornerstone to an effective training program.

Individuals who exhibit limited mobility and stability often resort to compensated movements when performing exercises.  This leads to a higher risk of injury and/or muscular imbalances.
