Join us in honoring our fallen with a true MURPH, Monday May 31st at 0900. This donation based workout will begin with a mile run/walk, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 squats, and end with a final mile run/walk. True die-hards may wear their flack/40lb pack.
100% of all donations will be given to the Wounded Warrior Project.
