MURPH 2023

Join us in honoring our fallen with a true MURPH, Monday May 29th at 0900. This donation based workout will begin with a mile run/walk, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 squats, and end with a final mile run/walk. True die-hards may wear their flack/40lb pack.

100% of all donations will be given to the Wounded Warrior Project.

Virtual and modified options are available:

MODIFIED: 1/2 mile walk, 50 Push Ups, 100 Squats, 150 Jumping Jacks, 1/2 mile walk

We will also have bands and boxes available for use.

VIRTUAL: The event will be live streamed on our Facebook page, however, our Trainers will also be available to coach you through on out group Zoom meeting. Be sure to select virtual participation at registration so we can send you the link!
